Michael Greifenstein’s career started as an apprentice at the Steigenberger Hotel Berlin, followed by a position as Assistant of the GM and as General Manager of a Boutique Hotel and as owner of a Best Western Hotel in Berlin.
He is therefore able to see your business and needs truly through the eyes of an hotelier. His experience from the hotel side also brings in an understanding of the online reservations environment and e-commerce side of business. His responsibilities also include controlling contracts.
